One more sleep!

Written by Angeline Fu
Thursday, Oct 1. I was on the edge the moment I woke up this morning waiting for news about R's flight back to London - is he flying out or is he stuck in Kathmandu for a few days, will he be home tomorrow... all these questions chasing around my head from the moment I opened my eyes and I could barely think about anything else. I think I drove R nuts too and he probably wished that I would stop asking him questions that he had no answers to at that point in time!

Then at about 4pm, my phone buzzed with a message from R - he is flying out tomorrow at 9:30 am his time!! Yipee and he will be home at 6:30pm UK time. *doing the jiggy*

RIght! I should stop faffing around and clean the house now before he gets home! :P

Guess what?! Seems that he is missing a plane! He got to Delhi fine but the plane that that was supposed to take him from Kathmandu to London has disappeared! . Urgh! I think climbing the summit again would be less painful than trying to get home for the team!

Hope Marco and Greg had a more uneventful trip and enjoy the celebration! Wish we are there!

Angeline, hope Rob manages to acclimatise to London quick enough to shift from yak-affection to a more human kind of expression. Regards to you both. See you soon-ish.
